Samantha Sierra

Biography

Samantha Sierra has been a valued member of the Thrive Chiropractic team since April 2021. As our Office Manager and Insurance Coordinator, she plays an essential role in keeping the office running smoothly while helping patients navigate the often-confusing world of insurance benefits, coverage, and billing. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to patient care help ensure that every patient receives the support they need throughout their healthcare journey.

With over a decade of experience in customer service, administration, and healthcare-related environments, Samantha brings a unique combination of compassion, professionalism, and efficiency to her role. Prior to joining Thrive, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Oakland University and worked as a Physical Therapist Technician, assisting therapists and patients in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting. She also gained extensive administrative and accounting experience through her work as an Accounting Assistant and Receptionist, developing strong skills in organization, problem-solving, and customer service.

Samantha's background in health sciences, fitness, and patient-centered care allows her to connect with patients while helping them better understand their treatment plans and insurance benefits. She is known for her positive attitude, willingness to help, and dedication to creating a welcoming experience for everyone who visits Thrive.

Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband, Rico, and their son, Gabriel, who many patients have had the pleasure of meeting during visits to the office. Family is incredibly important to her, and she brings that same sense of care, support, and connection to the relationships she builds with patients and coworkers alike. Her warmth, reliability, and dedication make her an invaluable part of the Thrive Chiropractic family.
