Alex brings more than four years of customer service experience and a strong passion for helping others feel welcomed, supported, and valued. His dedication to exceptional service began early and was further strengthened through a careers course in school focused on customer support, professional communication, and positive customer interactions. This educational foundation, combined with years of hands-on experience, has helped Alex develop the skills needed to build meaningful relationships and provide attentive, personalized care to every individual he serves.

In addition to his professional experience, Alex comes from a family with decades of medical experience spanning multiple generations. Growing up around healthcare professionals gave him an early appreciation for patient care, compassion, and the importance of supporting individuals through their health journeys. The knowledge, values, and commitment to helping others that were passed down through his family have played a significant role in shaping his approach to patient care and continue to influence the way he serves patients today.

For over a year, Alex has been a valued member of the Thrive Chiropractic team as a Chiropractic Assistant, where he combines his customer service expertise with a genuine commitment to patient care. In addition to assisting with scheduling and ensuring a smooth patient experience, Alex plays an active role in conducting patient examinations, taking X-rays, and supporting the clinical team throughout the patient care process. He strives to create a positive and welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported from their first visit onward. His friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to connect with patients help make each appointment a positive experience.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys cooking and baking for family and friends and dedicates much of his free time to caring for his grandparents. These experiences have helped cultivate the patience, compassion, and empathy that Alex brings to both his personal and professional life. The same level of care and dedication he shows to his family is reflected in the way he cares for patients each day.
